I, former SENATOR RODOLFO T. GANZON, the founding father of the TIMAWA PARTY of Iloilo City, do herby officially and formally indorsed SENATOR PANFILO "PING" LACSON for PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES comes 2004 elections for the following reasons, to wit:
